Goal: Fully booked calendar and more digital visibility.
Before:
- No website
- No business phone number
- Rentals requested only by phone and managed with pen and paper
- Virtually no digital footprint
After:
- I created a website with a basic SEO strategy
- I set up their business phone number so incoming business calls vs. personal calls are distinguishable
- I created a custom rental scheduling system so potential customers can request the trailer they want to rent online 24/7
Now, KD Trailer Rentals is easy to find and contact, improving the customer experience, increasing bookings, and revenue.

ADR Collision is a local Auto Body Shop in Troy, Illinois. They get customers from repeat business and referrals.
Goal: Increase visibility on Google.
Before:
- No website

- Estimates scheduled only by phone and managed with pen and paper
- Virtually no digital footprint
After:
- I created a website with a basic SEO strategy and connected it to their Google Business Profile
- I created a custom appointment scheduling system so potential customers can schedule their estimate online with no pen and paper
Now, ADR is easy to find and contact on Google, improving the customer experience and increasing revenue.

Metro Shine Detail
Meta Business Suite, Social Media Connections, GoDaddy Website Support, and Local Visibility Foundations

Metro East Shine is a local mobile detailing business serving the Metro East area. When they came to me, they had already spent over a week trying to figure out parts of their setup on their own, watching YouTube videos, opening Facebook support cases, and guessing through.
Goal: Get their digital setup cleaned up so they could manage Facebook and Instagram properly, understand their website and email setup, and build a stronger local marketing foundation.
Before:
- They had already spent 15+ hours trying to figure out Meta Business Suite on their own, watching YouTube video, and creating support tickets with no solution.
- They accidentally created another business suite portfolio because they did not realize one already existed
- Their GoDaddy website and email marketing setup was confusing, including duplicate website/domain products and uncertainty around what was actually connected
- They needed clear direction on how to set up their digital presence.
After:
- I helped them sort through the Meta Business Suite confusion, Facebook/Instagram connections, and admin access for partners and managers.
- I helped them work through their GoDaddy setup, including website editing and identifying confusing duplicate products tied to their domain, website, and email
- I reviewed their Google Business Profile and website alignment, including the importance of matching business name and phone number across platforms for local SEO
- I recommended setting up automated follow-up emails through GoDaddy to request reviews after service, since reviews are one of the biggest local ranking factors for a business like theirs
Now: Metro East Shine has a much clearer digital foundation for local growth. Instead of wasting time guessing through Meta, GoDaddy, and Google settings alone, they now have a better handle on their backend, cleaner business access, and a clearer path to improving local visibility and customer follow-up.
